About the Role
Are you a hands-on Credit Manager with experience in the commercial credit—like manufacturing, distribution, or trading? We’re looking for someone who knows how to assess risk, manage receivables, and build strong internal processes to keep business moving smoothly. In this role, you’ll step into a leadership position where you’ll own credit strategy and policy development, while working directly with sales and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and verify the financial status and creditworthiness of new and existing customers
- Set credit limits, process applications, and make approval or denial decisions based on company guidelines
- Communicate credit decisions and findings to Traders and management, ensuring alignment across teams
- Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts, pursuing payment and maintaining detailed account records
- Collaborate with internal teams and other FCTG subsidiaries / affiliates to share credit insights and mitigate overall risk
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management preferred, but not required
- At least two years of prior collections experience required
- Knowledge of credit insurance and the Bectran online application of software is beneficial
