Job Title: Inventory Specialist

Due to our recent growth and plans for further expansion, we are looking to hire an Inventory Specialist.

Due to our recent growth and plans for further expansion, we are looking to hire an Inventory Specialist.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage inventory processes, ensuring timely shipments, inventory progression, and accurate daily updates.
- Reconcile accounts, analyze actual costs, and identify inaccuracies, including cost prediction and recording for raw materials, labor, and operations.
- Maintain relationships with mills and clients, ensuring products are manufactured and distributed correctly while resolving any issues that may arise.
- Generate and send invoices, while managing inventory records, tracking damaged or incorrect inventory, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Order management and tracking
- Updating spreadsheets and key systems with transactional data such as expenses and sales revenues
- Reaching out (phone calls/emails) to mills and reload facilities to collect Bill of Ladings (BOLs)
- Entering purchase orders and order confirmations into order management software
- Processing shipping invoices for payment
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic acting as a team player
- A numbers-driven individual who possesses a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with making outbound calls to mills and reload facilities
- Organized, reliable, and dependable
- An analytical and critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving
- Eager to learn and ask questions
