Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new contractor accounts for concrete and masonry products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Transition to wholesale distribution, leveraging contractor sales expertise.
- Manage existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to expanding our masonry product line.
- Concrete & Building Products Sales: Experience selling to contractors in concrete construction, masonry construction, or related fields.
- Retail Contractor Supply Experience: Experience in retail supply, particularly facing competition from large consolidators.
- Sales Expertise: Strong track record in cold calling, prospecting, and relationship-building.
- Wholesale Adaptability: Open to learning wholesale distribution, eager to expand knowledge and responsibilities.
- Drive & Initiative: Passionate about generating new business and pursuing leads.
- Sales Adaptability: Comfortable transitioning from contractor sales to wholesale distribution.
